Seven Figure University began with a simple idea: to bridge the gap between technical knowledge and real-world

property development success. Founder Russell Lewis started his career on the ground floor of the construction

industry—as a Building Services Engineer.

 

Over the next 18+ years, he worked his way through every major role in the sector, including Building Surveyor, Quantity Surveyor, Project Manager, and eventually, a full-time Property Developer. Despite holding qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, and Business Development, Russell quickly realised that formal education alone wasn’t enough to build a truly successful development business.

 

The real lessons came from navigating live projects, overcoming market crashes, managing tight budgets, and

adapting to challenges like the COVID-19 pandemic—all while generating consistent 7-figure profits. After years

of building a profitable property portfolio and helping others do the same through mentoring, Russell decided to

create Seven Figure University—a platform built not on theory, but on proven, practical strategies.
